Terms and Conditions

By placing an online order, you unconditionally agree to the terms and conditions herein.


- Minimum Order Quantity: 4 units of each

- Minimum Orders: We have no minimum order size but fraudulent orders or orders that do not meet the minimum order quantity will be rejected.

Custom orders will require advance 50% deposit.


We will recycle packaging as we are able to, you may notice that we use a variety of packing materials, and that allows us to recycle and to reduce costs. We do however use a heavier weight box for heavy orders.  We typically ship orders in boxes 13x13x7 or 12x12x12 and most boxes will weight 30-60lbs, unless a smaller box is needed. 

Orders under 10 boxes will ship USPS, FedEx, or UPS.  Orders over 10 boxes or over 750lbs we will coordinate a freight pick up.  Reddaway is the nearest freight shipper.  Ultimately, we will go with the most cost-effective way of shipping to you.

If you wish that we use your shipping account, please select “pickup” in the shipping section, and in the notes section put your shipping account information.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, if our automated system doesn’t accurately charge your shipping fees we will refund you the amount for shipping when it exceeds $5 over what actual shipping was.  If there are any charges that your initial fee didn’t cover we will bill you for any amounts that exceed $5.

Order Processing

We typically fill orders on a first come first served basis, and ship as orders are ready to go out.  If you wish to have your order held to a specific date please specify at the time of order and we will do our best to accommodate your desired date.

Orders generally will ship within 1-2 weeks of order depending on size and in-stock items.  Our items are handcrafted in Montana USA, and our team works hard to ensure that quality is always maintained, and speed is efficient.

During heavy ordering seasons soap products may have a slight delay due to curing, and we will let you know at the time of order and you can choose to hold the order or have the back ordered items shipped at a later date.

Returns or Damages

Due to the personal nature of our products we do not accept returns, any and all replacements are on a case by case basis and will be assessed based on the situation.

If there is any issue with your order please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.  Please provide photo proof of any damages to the products, boxes, or otherwise so we may make a claim with our shipper.
